Art knows how to swim!  In Florence, a street artist known only as Blub has taken to transforming classic works of art into comical satire these last couple of years.

Most often found installed over gas and water meters throughout the Renaissance city of romance, Blub uses this unique outlet for transforming classic paintings into aquatic versions of themselves,  expressing his opinion of the world’s current climate.  You must separate the fact from fiction, from what you know to be reality, to what is being demonstrated to you, and the media’s role in your perception.  That, or he’s just a creative guy with a good sense of humor.
